Refund Policy

DeployDoc, operated by Khaled Atieh doing business as DeployDoc, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Team — monthly or annual).

1. Refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original order date. This applies to first-time purchases of a plan as well as plan upgrades.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd., acting as Merchant of Record for all DeployDoc orders. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

  • Visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you checked out with, and select Request a refund.
  • Or email us at support@deploydoc.com with the order email and approximate purchase date — we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Paddle typically processes refunds within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive an email confirmation from Paddle once the refund is initiated.

4. After the 14-day window

Outside the 14-day window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings or via the Paddle customer portal — your access continues through the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

5. Exceptions

Even after 14 days, we will always honor refund requests required by applicable law (for example, statutory consumer rights in the EU/UK), as well as cases of duplicate charges, prolonged service unavailability attributable to us, or unauthorized transactions.
